Banking on Climate Change, Fossil Fuel Finance Report 2020. The 11th edition of the annual fossil fuel finance report card released by Rainforest Action Network and other groups. Greatly expanded in scope, this year's report revealed the paths banks have taken in the past four years since the Paris Agreement was adopted in December 2015. And alarmingly, the authors found that overall bank financing for the fossil fuel industry continues to be aligned with climate disaster, with JPMorgan Chase again being the #1 bank in the world as far as investing in fossil fuel projects. See the full 2020 report here

The Sky’s Limit: Why the Paris Climate Goals Require a Managed Decline of Fossil Fuel Production. This study, which was released in September 2016 by Oil Change International and other organizations from around the world, scientifically grounds the growing movement to keep carbon in the ground by revealing the need to stop all new fossil fuel infrastructure and industry expansion.
